Deposit and Withdrawal Rules
4.1 Deposits
The following methods are accepted for depositing funds at hg999: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer.
- Minimum deposit amount: ৳100 (for each method).
- You may only deposit from a payment account registered in your own name.
- Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.
4.2 Withdrawals
- Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800.

Bonus and Promotion Terms
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New members at hg999 will receive a 150% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000.
- Wagering requirement on the bonus: 15 times (bonus amount × 15).
- Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been met.
- Each member is eligible to receive the welcome bonus only once.
5.2 General Bonus Rules
- Bonus offers are valid for a specific period — once expired, the bonus is automatically cancelled.
- Claiming multiple bonus offers at the same time is prohibited unless otherwise stated.
- If an attempt is made to claim bonus benefits through multiple accounts from the same household or the same device, both accounts will be suspended.
- We reserve the right to change or withdraw bonus offers at any time.
5.3 VIP and Cashback
hg999 has five VIP levels — Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. A weekly cashback benefit applies at each level. The cashback amount varies by level and is provided under specific conditions.
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the hg999 platform:
- Playing games or placing bets in a fraudulent, illegal or dishonest manner.
- Operating games through software bots, scripts or automated tools.
- Misusing the bonus system — such as opening multiple accounts from the same household or the same device.
- Money laundering or illegal transfer of funds.
- Introducing hacking attempts, viruses or malware into the platform's systems.
- Collecting account information of other members or harassing them.
- Spreading false information on the platform or conducting fraudulent activities.
If such activities are detected, the relevant account will be closed immediately, deposited funds may be forfeited and legal action may be taken.
Gaming Rules and Outcomes
All games on hg999 are operated through licensed software providers (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, PG Soft, JILI, Spribe, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming and others).
- The outcome of all games is determined fairly through Random Number Generator (RNG) technology.
- If a game result is voided due to a technical error, the placed bet will be refunded.
- If a game is left incomplete due to a network disconnection, the result will be determined based on server-side data.

Account Suspension and Closure
8.1 Closure by Us
We may suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

8.2 Closure by the Member
